Q.  How much will it cost my company?

A.  The cost to you will vary based on several factors including the worker’s pay, account volume, workers’ comp costs, and job location. Specific bill rates are negotiated on a per-job basis. Q.  What is the process for finding employees through Trade Team?

A.  Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately upon the execution of our Service and Rate Agreements. Trade Team will get the details of the position from you and will recruit the most qualified applicants for your needs. You may want to review resumes for qualified candidates and have us set up interviews, or we can fill the position based on the qualifications you provide. It is important that we clearly understand the requirements of your position so that we can select the best candidates.


Q.  How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

A.  The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you will vary based on your specific needs. On average, most temporary positions are filled in a 1-3 day period. Temp-to-perm and direct hire positions will vary based on the market conditions and difficulty with recruiting for the position.


Q.  What kind of background checks do you provide?

A.  Every applicant is reference checked based on the work history provided by the applicant. We have some clients that request a drug screen, driving record screen or criminal background check. Trade Team can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you might have for background or security checks. Trade Team is a “cleared facility” and recruits workers with secret clearance, RapidGate, DOD, TWIC and other government credentials.


Q.  What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Trade Team?

A.  We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is actually on the job working. For temporary employees, we offer an eight-hour guarantee. Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire on a permanent basis. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them.
